Stupid Mistake

So more and more I've been leaning toward a beach-themed wedding. I've been buying favors and décor featuring starfish. Naturally, I've been doing most of this on my own, without the beau's consultation.

I was telling the beau about a few of my purchases including personalized Hershey's kisses with our names, wedding date and a cute little starfish.

I was weighing some new favor options and asked the beau for his input. "Why do you want favors with starfish," he asked. "They'll go with the chocolate starfish I got," I replied.

Chocolate starfish. It was the first time I said it out loud. Yup. I'm gonna have chocolate starfish at my reception. How stupid! It made me laugh forever. The beau thinks I'm ridiculous for not picking up on it sooner.

He couldn't wait to go to work and tell his friends. However, I'm only telling you.
