I Lied

Today, I lied and said I was with child. Eyeballs nearly popped out of my co-workers heads.

I've got babies on the brain because my friend just posted more pix of her newborn and she's adorable. How do people hold down jobs and have kids? I've heard tell that you just figure it out. I'm not sure how people do that? Do they give up buying cans of soup for diapers? Do you cancel cable to buy strained peas?

How can people afford to have kids? I can barely afford to keep myself in diamonds and soup.
